Shift Options
Volunteers may choose one of the following shifts:

- Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM


Volunteer Roles

Volunteers (must be 21+) will be assigned to one of two key areas:

- Guest Wristbanding – Greet attendees and assist with wristbanding as they enter the event
- Merchandise Booth – Help manage the merchandise station and interact with attendees

Volunteers in this role will greet and welcome guests as they enter the event. You'll be responsible for wristbanding attendees after their tickets are scanned and their IDs are checked by security. This process must move quickly to ensure smooth entry and minimize wait times. Volunteers must be able to stand for the duration of their shift. No lifting is required.

Volunteers will help manage the merchandise booth (a 10x10 space on the event diagram). Responsibilities include assisting guests with merchandise selection and processing card-only payments using provided Shopify devices. Volunteers may sit or stand throughout their shift. Minimal lifting may be required to replenish merchandise supplies.
